We had an amazing time last weekend at the Flower Power Invitational, and our gymnasts absolutely shined on the podium!

The OGs 💕💕 The original Miyagi Institute of Gymnastics opened in Inglewood, CA in 1978. Miyagi always speaks so fondly of those early years and how proud he is of the incredible group of gymnasts that he coached. Having some of them make the trip for the gym’s 40th anniversary in Auburn meant the absolute world to us! We are truly grateful!! 🥰

Just WOW 🤩.. today was just the most beautiful day at the gym.

Over 4 DECADES of gymnasts visited and shared time with us for the 40th anniversary of Miyagi Gymnastics Academy in auburn!

We had ladies visiting from as far as New York, Washington, LA, San Francisco, & San Diego! We have Gymnasts ranging from age 10-50+ competing together in these handstand contests!!! It was BEAUTIFUL 😍

Gymnast really becomes such a huge piece of you for your life, even in the relatively short amount of time that some of us visit this sport. Once a gymnast, always a gymnast. 🥹 please tag or share more pictures from today if you can!! There were so many amazing shared memories 🤩🥰🤸🏻‍♀️✨
